Description: One, U.S. flag (Jones Act), self-sustaining vessel, capable of carrying a minimum of 150 ammunition TEUs. “Vessel” includes both self-sustaining vessel and tug/barge unit. The vessel must not exceed a maximum overall length of 687 feet / 209.4 m and a laden draft of 29.5 feet/ 8.9 m. The vessel must be capable of off-loading all containers to trailers on pier at discharge port. The laydays, commencing and cancelling within a two-day window, shall be proposed by the offeror, such that the Available Load Date of 18 August 2020, in Concord, CA and the arrival date of 30 August 2020, in West Loch, HI, are met. 17.
