The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific Ocean Range in charterer’s option (Intentions Republic of Korea), and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific Ocean Range in charterer’s option (Intentions Japan). The laydays commence 09 August and cancel 11 August 2020, and the period of performance will be 120 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
