The laydays commence/ cancel on 01 August 2020. Place of Contract Performance: The vessel will operate out of Virginia Beach, VA and throughout the western Atlantic Ocean, Key West, Florida, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean and be required to pull into military and civilian ports as needed by specific training evolutions. The operational areas will be discussed with vessel operator prior to conducting ship load out. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The decision to release this solicitation as a Total Small Business Set-Aside is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. MSC’s Associate Deputy Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
