Contractor shall provide pilot, towing bridle and towing tug service for movement of two barges (YC 1600 & YC 1648) from Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Seavey Island, Kittery, Maine to SUBASE, New London, CT. The requirement is for one trip. The charter period is July/August 2020 with respondents indicating availability consistent with arrival not later than 20 August 2020, 1200 local time at port/place of destination.
