The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific/ Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Yeosu, ROK), and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific Ocean, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Yokohama, Japan). The laydays commence 29 July and cancel 31 July 2020, and the period of performance will be 90 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
