Strict LO-LO vessels are not acceptable. Each vessel shall have a minimum capacity (measured in square feet) of 150,000 square feet of cargo from the cargo list. Further the vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots while laden. The place/range of delivery is Jacksonville, FL (USA) and the place/range of redelivery is U.S. East Coast, Charleston, SC (USA) / Savannah, GA (USA) range, at charterers option. The layday commences and cancels 25 June 2020, and the period of performance is 53 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
