Place of Contract Performance: The intended performance will be one voyage from Singapore to Salalah, Oman and Diego Garcia. Laydays commence 18 June and cancel 20 June 2020 The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas.
