The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece), and redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Souda Bay, Crete). The laydays commence 24 May and cancel 25 May 2020, and the period of performance will be 65 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
