The place/range of delivery is the U.S. Gulf Coast, Range and Port in Charter’s Option (Intention Houston / Southwest Pass) and redelivery is the U.S. Gulf Coast, Range and Port in Charter’s Option (Intentions Houston / Southwest Pass). The laydays commence 05 June and cancel 06 June 2020, and the period of performance will be 75 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on the results of market survey N32205-MS-N321-20-028. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
