The vessel shall provide training support services in the vicinity of Virginia Beach, Virginia starting on 16 April 2020. The OSV shall transit to Jacksonville, Florida operating areas on or around 27 April for additional training event support. Contractor engineering support may also be required in support of shore refueling simulations. The vessel shall operate out of Virginia Beach, Virginia and throughout the United States East Coast, and be required to pull into military and civilian ports as needed by specific training evolutions. The laydays commence and cancel on 16 April 2020. Place of Contract Performance: Operations shall be conducted at Virginia Beach, VA. Set-aside Status: N/A.
