Description: One, U.S. flag, Jones Act compliant, self-sustaining vessel or ABS certified tug & barge with a minimum capacity of 235 ammunition TEUs with an average weight of 20,000 lbs. and a maximum weight of 21,000 lbs. The minimum net explosive weight is estimated at 210,075 pounds. Vessel/barge must be equipped with a certified Defense Transportation Tracking System (DTTS) satellite tracking system such as OMNITRACS. Vessel/Barge overall length (LOA) not to exceed 1000 ft. / 304.8 m, laden draft not to exceed 29.5 ft. / 8.9 m. 17.
