The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific Ocean, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Ulsan, South Korea) and redelivery is the Western Pacific Ocean, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Yokohama, Japan). The laydays commence 30 March and cancel 31 March 2020, and the period of performance will be 120 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
