Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port(s)/place(s) is Sitra, Bahrain (BAPCO Terminal); and the intended discharging port(s)/place(s) are Jebel Ali, UAE, and Fujairah, UAE. The laydays commence 19 March and cancel 21 March 2020, and the period of performance will be one voyage. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Associate Deputy Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
