Amendment A0003 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals to 1300 hours on 24 September 2020 Norfolk, VA time. This amendment also adds language in the Proforma box 75 Part X and updates Attachment B- Fuel Consumption tab - Underway and In Port Days. This amendment also provides a Q&A. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
