Amendment 00003 - To extend the due date for offers to January 27, 2020 at 1:00 PM EST, amend SF 1449 Box 7(a)(b) to Michael Peroha, 757-443-1473, and amend Part X 52.212-1(ADDENDUM)(c) to Proposal and proposal modifications, (e.g. proposal extension) shall be submitted electronically in response to this solicitation by e-mail directly to michael.peroha@navy.mil and christopher.tomlin1@navy.mil the designated e-mail address and inbox for receipt of e-mail submissions. No other electronic means of submission, used in whole or in combination with E-mail, is permitted. Amendment 00002 - To amend Part X 52.212-1 (ADDENDUM)(m) to change subsections (ii)(iii) to (i)(ii) to align with numerical order, amend Part X 52.212-1 (ADDENDUM)(m)(ii)(2) Magnitude to The measure of the similarity of the volume, dollar value and/or duration of the work actually performed under the offeror's contracts in CPARS to Part I (PWS), and amend Part X 52.212-1 (ADDENDUM)(m)(ii)(3) Complexity to The measure of the similarity of technical difficulty, managerial intricacy and/or required coordination of efforts and disciplines performed by the offeror in its contracts in CPARS to PART I (PWS). For complexity, not only will the tasks performed by the offeror be considered, but also the offeror’s ability to coordinate tasks (e.g., concurrent performance requirements). Amendment 00001 - To amend Part I Section 15 1b to Contract Specialist, Chris Tomlin, COMSCN103B (757) 341-5427. The solicitation is for five (5) time-chartered tractor tugs for base period of performance and six (6) time-chartered tractor tugs for option one and follow on periods of performance in support of Navy Region Southwest, Metro San Diego Bases. The solicitation will be a fixed-priced time charter with reimbursable elements, with a performance period of 12 months, plus three (3) one year option periods and one 11 month option period.
