Original: This solicitation is for one (1) U.S. flag, Jones Act-qualified vessel to support the Government’s requirements in Panama City, FL and surrounding waters. This solicitation is a fixed-priced time charter with reimbursable elements, with a performance period of 12 months, plus three (3) one year option periods and one 11 month option period.
