This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemeneted with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consitititues the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N32205-20-Q-2358 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Military Sealift Command will issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the KONGSBERG UNDERWATER TECHNOLOGY LLC brand name materials listed in the attachement. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for part number, description, quantity, and unit of issue. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is October 30th, 2020.
