Military Sealift Command Training Center East has a requirement for the procurement/purchase of new fire fighter’s turnout gear to include jackets and trousers. Sizes purchased will be as per Attachment 1, MSC Training Center Hampton Roads Turnout Gear Sizing and Quantities. Any questions regarding this RFQ and communication prior to delivery shall be directed to both parties. The deadline for questions is 13 January 2020 @ 1200 (noon) Norfolk, VA time. Vendors shall submit quotes for turnout gear not-later than 17 January 2020 @ 1200 (noon) Norfolk, VA time. If a quote does not specifically state that the turnout gear is at a minimum, fully National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1971 turnout gear compliant it will not be considered.
