Description: This requirement is for one U.S. flag, Jones Act-qualified vessel to support Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Group Two/Mobile Dive and Salvage (MDS) Diving Operations. The vessel shall support underway and local pier-side diving operations and training, surface-supplied diver training/operations, coxswain training, and support non-diving training evolutions as necessary on a continuous 24-hour basis in water depths between 40-1,000 feet. The Laydays commence/cancel on 20 June 2019. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Operations shall be conducted in or around 1,500 miles of JEB Little Creek Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA. 18.
