Description: This requirement is for two U.S. Flag, Jones Act compliant tug boats (one serving as back- up) to move the USS Constitution from her permanent berth pier to a pre-determined location within the limits of Boston Harbor for at-sea underway events scheduled for 2019. The Laydays commence on May 17, June 7, July 4, August 23 & 30, September 20 and October 18. 17.
