Description: This requirement is for one clean, approved, U.S. or foreign-flag, double-hull tanker with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBTs) capable of carrying a minimum of 200,000 bbls of clean petroleum products (intentions JA1) within the vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in CHOP (Intentions Onsan, ROK), and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in CHOP (Intentions vicinity of Sasebo, Japan). The laydays commence 19 July and cancel 20 July 2019, and the period of performance will be about 9 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as "Unrestricted" is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
