Notice of Intent to Solicit June 21, 2019 Military Sealift Command Norfolk, VA 23511 (MSC) intends to issue solicitation N32205-19-Q-1004 for FY 2019. MSC requires a worldwide portfolio of official Electronic Navigation Charts (ENC's) to be used on all MSC Government Owned Government Operated (GOGO) and Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO), and Long Term Charter Vessels. The solicitation is for Electronic Navigational Charts (ENCs) for the MSC fleet of ships. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, with the size standard of 1,250 employees.
