This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on beta.sam.gov. The solicitation number for this procurement is N3904022PSE1978 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contract will be awarded to the vendor with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
