A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded to fabricate, deliver, and fit custom marine-grade Naugahyde table and seating covers for the Wardroom, CPO Mess, and Crews Mess of USS Patrick Gallagher (DDG-127), including 15 configurable line items plus a travel and measuring lot. The contractor must first perform on-site measurements and templating at the ship's location in Bath, Maine or Norfolk, Virginia, with final delivery, installation, and fit-checking aboard the ship at Naval Station Norfolk. Award will use a lowest-price-technically-acceptable process, with pass/fail review of technical specifications, flammability certifications (NFPA 701, FAR 25.853), and up to three relevant past performance references. The resulting contract is a total small business set-aside, and offerors must have active SAM registration with a UEI and CAGE code. All pricing must cover manufacturing, customization, graphics, shipping, measurements, and final travel fittings, with no production taking place until physical dimensions are verified and graphic designs approved.
