Responses to this posting shall provide a summary of their company’s capabilities including organization name address description of facilities personnel and past experience and a point of contact telephone number facsimile number email address business size DUNs number CAGE Code and a thorough description of supplies that can be provided Description The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Office is seeking information from interested contractors capable of providing performance based services to the Navys Training Support Center TSC SVQ calibration lab located in San Diego CA in the form of Maintenance and Testing Support Equipment and Calibration Services Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement which details the types of tasks that contractors will be required to perform under the contract task order The current requirement is being satisfied under competitively awarded contract N0018920PZ337 a firm-fixed-price Contract The contract was awarded to Unified Industries Inc The anticipated period of performance would be 1 October 2024 for a 12-months Base Period followed by four 12 month option years. Requested Information It is requested that interested parties respond to this posting via email to Ellen Wright at ellen s wright civ us navy mil no later than 1200 PM EST Friday 7 June 2024 It is requested that submissions be in PDF and or Microsoft Word format. Responses from interested parties shall include the following information: Company name, DUNS number, Cage Code, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address Highest Facility Clearance that the Interested Contractor currently holds on any of its existing contracts Capabilities Statement demonstrating the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the requirements of the PWS. Included in the capabilities statement should be an overview of the contractors staffing plan, including start up plans and transition of personnel e g length of time and plan to fill each position An overview of the contractor’s plan for recruiting, developing and retaining personnel with the necessary skill sets to accomplish the PWS.
