Award of an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) for the charter of an Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) in support of SBX-1 on an other than full and open competition basis to the incumbent contractor, TOTE Services Inc. (TOTE). The period of performance will consist of a 175 day firm period beginning 08 April 2023 to 30 September 2023, followed by one (1) six-month FAR 52.217-8 option period beginning 01 October 2023 to 31 March 2024.
