The Military Sealift Command is conducting market research to identify small businesses capable of providing marine engineering services for developing Flexible Hose Assembly (FHA) Master Lists for Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB) class vessels. The contractor would perform onboard ship surveys and develop two FHA Master Lists documenting installed flexible hose assemblies and technical data per the draft Performance Work Statement and CDRLs. This notice is for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award. The government anticipates a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Interested small businesses are invited to submit capability statements and market survey responses.
