Mili... THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for proposal and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. There is no solicitation at this time. Military Sealift Command (MSC) has a requirement for management training and a corresponding 360-degree assessment tool for selected Military Sealift Command (MSC) personnel (to include General Service, Civil Service Mariner, and Military) to support MSC’s continuing need to develop its middle-management to senior level workforce. The management training will be in person, classroom training covering the following management topics: Innovation, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Mentoring, Dealing with Difficult Employees, and Managing Conflict. All 360-degree assessments will be provided on the Contractors platform that shall be web or computer based with 60-90 minute individualized sessions for the feedback reports can be remote using Microsoft Teams or another MSC approved, virtual meeting forum. The in person, classroom management training will be held in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and/or Chesapeake, VA. The Government anticipates this requirement to be a small business set-aside. The anticipated period of performance is one-year, commencing on or around 01 May 2022. The NAICS Code is 611430: Professional and Management Development Training. This is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results and the U.S. Government is not required to answer any questions submitted in regards to this notice. Please note the information within this notice will be updated and/or may change prior to an official synopsis/solicitation, if any. Sources Sought Submission Requirements: It is requested that interested businesses submit information outlining their company information, small business standing, and ability to perform in accordance to the draft PWS. Submission is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government in tailoring the requirement to be consistent with industry. Responses should reference the Sources Sought Notice and shall include the following information in this format: (a) Company profile to include number of employees, office location, DUNS number, and CAGE Code (b) Point of contact, telephone number, fax number, address, and email address (if available) (c) Describe your ability to support this requirement in accordance with the attached draft PWS. (d) Describe any past performance efforts with a similar scope to the proposed requirement. Provide contract numbers, dollar value, and the period of performance for each contract referenced in the response to this sources sought notice.
