Synopsis for Solicitation number N0957725RC00RF1-0 (Assorted Fire Items) The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for assorted fire gear and equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement covers the procurement and shipping of the requested supplies. The procurement action is for Carrier Strike Group Four. The items, shipping information, and the required delivery date is outlined within the Request For Quote. The requirement was solicited on 24 July 2025- 28 July 2025. The items that will be procured are listed in the attachment. The attachment outlines the specifications for this requirement. The items being procured must meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 33911- Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The Size Standard is 1,000 people. The product service code (FSC) is 8415- Textiles, Clothing & Equipage. The supplies are to be delivered 30 days after contract award.
