The period of performance is for twelve (12) months from the date of award with four (4), twelve (12) month option periods Place of Performance: Commander, U.S. Second Fleet, Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads (NSA), 7927 Ingersol Street, Suite 130, Building NH-19A, Norfolk, VA 23551. Description: Facilities Support Services in support of US Navy, Commander U.S. Second Fleet in Norfolk, VA. The contractor shall support the C2F Facilities Division. C2F buildings are located on Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads and Naval Station Norfolk and include to the following buildings: NH-6, NH-19, NH-39, NH-45W, NH-95, W-5, Z-133, and X-132 (see attachment 1 for a location diagram). These buildings cover over 24,409 square feet of space and are one to two story buildings. The age varies from 2 to over 50 years old with a plant replacement value of over $50 million. Coordination will be required with the AIRLANT, JFCNF, NIWC, and USFF Facilities Managers.
