Awning will measure approximately 150” in length with a 30-36” projection and at 6-8” profile. Metal awning will have rod returns to install directly into the building. Awning will have metal roofing and water dispersal. Awning will be powder coated Navy Blue. Manufacture Qualifications: Company specializing in manufacturing metal awnings with a minimum of 5-years documented experience. Installer Qualifications: Company specializing in installing metal awnings with a minimum of 5-years documented experience with projects of similar scope and complexity. Installation shall be in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, approved submittals, and in proper relationship with the adjacent construction. Warranty: Provide a warranty of 5 years against defects in workmanship and installation from date of installation.
