NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego - Seal Beach detachment is soliciting for avionic engineering and analysis services in support of Commander Operational Test and Evaluation - Air Test and Evaluation Squadron NINE (VX-9) located in China Lake, CA. Services were previously provided under Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) N00244-16-D-0004 and was performed by Zenetix which, expired in FY 2021. Some services have been supported up through FY 2023 via sole source purchase orders. This solicitiation is set aside for small businesses under the subject NAICS.
