DPM Household Goods Packing, Moving, and Storage
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor seeks commercial packing, containerization, local drayage, and storage services for DoD personnel household goods, including outbound, inbound, and intra-city shipments in compliance with DoD transportation and handling regulations. The requirement is a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Requirements contract with an estimated maximum value of $45.3M over a potential five-year period. Schedules I and II are full and open, while Schedule III is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 484210 with a $34M size standard. Performance is planned for a one-year base period from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods through December 31, 2031, plus a possible six-month extension. Evaluation will consider technical capability/management plan, past performance, small business participation plan, and price.
