This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238210 with a $19 million small business size standard, and award will be a firm-fixed-price contract. Required work start is within 28 days after date of order, and the contractor is responsible for inspection and quality control as specified in the PWS. Evaluation will consider price, technical, service timeframe, and responsibility; quotes must include pricing, proposed start date and duration, a capabilities statement of no more than 5 pages, point of contact, business size, and payment terms. Quoters must be registered and active in SAM, and payment will be via WAWF.
