The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor intends a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for annual maintenance and support of two I-GATE systems including ECGS software. Performance will occur at 251 Makalapa Drive, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 96860, from 27 September 2026 through 26 September 2027. Award will be based on technical acceptability, price reasonableness, and responsibility determination under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures. Although this is not a competitive solicitation, other qualified interested sources may submit quotations for possible consideration for future requirements. Quoters must be registered in SAM and provide a complete quote with pricing, point of contact, business size, CAGE code, and payment terms.
