This is a non-competitive, sole-source solicitation for on-site cable television and internet services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). The period of performance is from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027. The government intends to award to a single source but will consider all responses received to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
