The intent of this Market Research Request For Information (RFI) Only, is for market research, information, and planning purposes only, it is NOT an official solicitation or Request For a Quote (RFQ). This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future official solicitations, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it may be synopsized on the System For Award Management (SAM) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Please reference Attachment 01. The NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor Contracting Department is performing market research for a shipboard habitability project in support of the USS Carl M. Levin, located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH) Hawaii, where this project will take place. The tentative completion date for this project is no later than (NLT) 31 July 2024. Attachment 01 is a draft copy of the required Statement of Work (SOW) for this project. Please review this SOW. If your company is interested and has both the capability and availability to provide this requirement, please send an email to both lenin.a.moreira.civ@us.navy.mil and kevin.g.young8.civ@us.navy.mil and provide (1) your interest and that you have both the capability and availability to provide this requirement, (2) your company’s SAM Cage Code and or UEI, and (3) if you are or are not considered a small business under the NAICS 337127- Institutional Furniture Manufacturing, with a Small Business Standard of 500 employees. Please provide your response by 12:00 PM HST (6:00 PM EST) on Friday 05-April.
