SYNOPSIS - NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE : This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Department intends to award a sole source purchase order to The University of Southern California (USC) Price School of Public Policy and Viterbi School of Engineering, located at 3650 McClintock Ave., OHE 106, Los Angeles, CA 90089. This purchase order is to allow six (6) U.S. Government employees to attend USC’s Executive Program in Global Space and Defense. The period of performance (POP) will be 15-September-2022 through 29-April-2023. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. The Government intends to negotiate solely with USC, as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611310 for Colleges, Universities and Professional Schools with a small business size standard of $30.5 million. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by 11:00 AM HST Friday 15 July 2022 will be considered.
