This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 and DFARS Publication Notice 20220526. CLIN 0001 -Bus Shuttle Services for the USNS Washington Chambers QUANTITY AND UNIT OF ISSUE IS (1) GROUP - POP 22 JUNE 2022 - 16 JULY 2022 The contractor shall provide (1) 55-Passenger Coach bus on continuous runs between Lualualea Naval Magazine (LLLNM) Whiskey-2 Pier and the Personnel Detachment Support (PSD) Center, Pearl Harbor in accordance with the attachment 1 bus schedule. The bus will pick up US military personnel at the stop locations on LLLNM and PSD. First Run will begin at 1:00PM on 22 June 2022 from LLLNM with continuous runs. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award will be based on a combination of factors - a combination of price, technical, and responsibility. To be considered technically acceptable, quoters must quote on all services listed in this solicitation. Responsibility will be determined in accordance with FAR Part 9.
