SYNOPSIS – NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Department intends to award a sole source purchase order to Organizational Performance Systems, Inc. (DBA OPS1), located at 1393 Oak AVE, Los Altos, CA 94024-5768 for the brand name “OPS” Program Management and Tracking System (PMTS) software licenses for a total of 70 users, in support of the United Stated Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM).The delivery date of these licenses is anticipated to be by 27 September 2021 and be valid for twelve (12) consecutive months. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The Government intends to negotiate solely with OPS1, as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 for Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by 3:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on Tuesday, 24 August 2021 will be considered.
