Since there is no changes to the CLIN PRICING tab, quoters are allowed to submit their pricing on the original Attachment II or the AMD 0003 version as long as they acknowledge the changes on the CLIN DESCRIPTON tab on the AMD 0003 version. The Offers Due date and time is extended from Feb 23, 2021 02:00 pm HST to Feb 24, 2021 02:00 pm HST.
