AMENDMENT NO. 6 Question: An accurate breakdown of the number of doors per building was not provided during the site walk nor was it provided in the Governments response. Please indicate how many doors per building need to be controlled in B3000, B3002, B3001 etc.? The response will have a significant impact on the equipment selected? Government Response: There are 26 doors in BLDG 3000 (4 – Double Doors, 22- Single Doors). There are 4 Doors in BLDG 3001 (3- Double Doors, 1-Single Door). There are 2 doors in BLDG 3002 (2-Single Doors). Question: What format is required ie. 26-bit wiegand, 37-bit wiegand, etc? Government Response: The proximity reader should be a 75-bit wiegand. Question: Will the CCTV cables in B3008, B3001, B3002 be replaced along with the cables in B3000? Government Response: Yes, all current camera cables will need to be replaced in all buildings, and to the main gate. The Offeror’s technical acceptability will be evaluated against the requirements in the Performance Work Statement. The Offeror’s quote must clearly state that all services will be provided as requested and they do not take any exceptions to the Statement of Work requirements in their entirety. Technical Acceptability will be rated on an “acceptable” or “unacceptable” basis using the ratings in the table below. Technically Acceptable/Unacceptable Ratings: Acceptable Offer clearly meets the minimum technical requirements of the solicitation.
