This is a Sources Sought Notice. This does not constitute a solicitation. The information gathered from this request is for planning purposes only. If a solicitation is issued, it will be issued at a later date. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay, for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. No official solicitation exists in connection to this notification. If in the future an official solicitation is released, there is no guarantee that sources responding to this sources sought will be included on the sources list. This Sources Sought Notice is to determine the availability and capability of qualified large or small businesses including certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, HUBZone firms, veteran and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Women Owned Small Businesses to perform the requirements of the draft Performance Work Statement. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541690, small business size standard is $16.5M. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor is seeking sources for a Weapons/Armor Coordinator and Analyst for Coastal Riverine Group One Detachment, an Expeditionary Force located at Naval Force Maria NAS Navy Base, Guam. The anticipated duration is a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. Performance is anticipated to begin 1 September 2020. The Government acknowledges that responses to this sources sought are not binding offers. The information obtained will assist in our market research and future solicitation processes. Please send your Capabilities Statement no later than 13 May 2020, 3:00 PM Hawaii Standard time to Liane Villanueva by e-mail at liane.villanueva@navy.mil. The Capability Statement shall succinctly address the following items to demonstrate the contractor’s capability to perform the requirements of this draft Performance Work Statement and shall not exceed two 8.5” x 11” pages, in a font no smaller than 10 point: The capabilities statement shall be concise and focused on the required services as described in the performance work statement (PWS). Include the contractor’s ability to manage, technical ability, and capacity to conduct the types and magnitude of tasking in the PWS. Sales brochures, videos, and other marketing information materials are not solicited and will not be reviewed. Cost or price information is not solicited and will not be reviewed. No phone and email inquiries related to the PWS will be accepted other than the formal submission of responses. All responses shall include: company name; company address; business size; CAGE code; DUNS; NAICS codes; point?of?contact name, telephone number, and email address; and indicate if actively registered on System for Award Management (SAM).
