The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics (FLC) Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Office is issuing this announcement to identify potential sources that are authorized to meet the needs in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) Draft (Subject to Change). Source shall be authorized to sell Canon Scanners; Model numbers M160ii’s and G1100’s as well as those authorized to sell and distribute the KTM and Kofax Software to the Navy. All equipment, labor, and material to perform the work shall be provided by the contractor. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time. The Contracting Officer will determine which suggested changes, if any, are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may use your responses to include questions, comments and concerns for the purposes of determining how the requirement may be stated and/or how the Government may conduct the procuring process. Interested parties shall not construe this sources sought announcement as a commitment by the Government, whether implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests.
