The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Office is issuing this announcement to identify potential sources that are authorized to perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and calibration services on Culture Instruments, Herzog, Tanka, ISL, Alcor, Koehler equipment under its control. Source shall be authorized for ALL manufacturer’s equipment listed above. All equipment, labor and material to perform the work shall be provided by the contractor. Semi-annual and Annual preventative maintenance, calibration and certification service is required in the state of Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, beginning on or about 22 March 2019. As part of the yearly service contract, one on-site training per year for any of the seven (7) units listed below will be included. NAVSUP FLC JBPHH instrument will be used for training purposes if the Contractor cannot provide a loaner unit. Training must equal four (4) days or less per year. Training must include how to use the instrument, what the instrument is used for, how to one off calibrate and trouble shoot the instrument, and answers to any user’s questions. Instruments to conduct training on: OptiDist JFTOT III JFTOT IV HVM 472 HFP 362 PSA-70Xi HVM 482 The contracting office is considering the issuance of a single solicitation with the expectation to award one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for the following services: • Preventative Maintenance, Training, Travel and Per Diem Award is expected to include one (1) twelve-month base and two (2) twelve-month option years. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time. The Contracting Officer will determine which suggested changes, if any, are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may use your responses to include questions, comments and concerns for the purposes of determining how the requirement may be stated and/or how the Government may conduct the procuring process. Interested parties shall not construe this sources sought announcement as a commitment by the Government, whether implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests.
