Venom Software and GARMIN System Sustainment Program for F-5 Aircraft
This is a Sources Sought notice for technical support to sustain the Venom and GARMIN software suites on F-5N+/F+ aircraft, including development cycles, patches, and testing via a System Integration Lab. The work involves twelve-week development cycles for new capabilities and includes Information Assurance support and test event facilitation. NAVAIR anticipates that, due to proprietary data and limited rights, only the Original Equipment Manufacturer, L3Harris ForceX Inc., may be able to meet the requirement but is seeking to identify any other capable sources. Capability statements from interested vendors must be submitted via email by 23 February 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT. The notice is for market research only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or commitment from the government.
