The Government intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Business Aviation under FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting an offer and must provide enough technical information for evaluation. Award will be made to the vendor submitting the lowest firm-fixed-price quotation that meets all Section B requirements. Documentation must be submitted and approved in accordance with Statement of Work items 3.0 through 10.0 to be considered for award. Quotes and responses are to be submitted by email to the designated Navy points of contact.
