The Government intends to make a sole-source, firm fixed-price award to Lockheed Martin under Simplified Acquisition Procedures/FAR Part 12. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and any decision to compete based on responses is at the Government’s discretion. Offerors must be registered in SAM before submitting an offer to be eligible for a DoD contract. Any other vendor responding must be an authorized Lockheed Martin distributor and able to preserve the Lockheed Martin warranty. The Government will not pay for any information received.
