The Government intends a firm fixed-price, brand-name-only purchase from Kijero, LLC, with no substitutions accepted. Offerors must be authorized distributors/resellers and provide signed documentation verifying authorization, be registered in SAM, ensure TAA compliance, and provide country of origin on the quote. Quotes must include sufficient technical information for evaluation and responses to Section K fill-in clauses, including FOB, shipping, IUID labeling, Tax ID, UEID, Cage Code, small business status, estimated delivery date, pricelist if available, and total amount. Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price of a quote meeting or exceeding acceptability standards. Offerors should present their best initial quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
