The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) OPD Engineering & Prototyping Facility intends to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to ECI Software Solutions, Inc. under FAR Parts 12 and 13. This combined synopsis/solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals, but the government will consider responses to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties must be registered in SAM and must be OEM-approved resellers/distributors, providing signed documentation from the OEM verifying authorized distributor status. Responses should include FOB, shipping cost, Tax ID, UEID, Cage Code, business size, applicable GSA/SEWP contract number, estimated delivery time, published price list, and total quote price.
